- Divide cooked and drained spinach into four microwave-proof or oven-safe baking dishes.
- In a large skillet sprayed with nonstick coating, cook chicken breasts over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender and no longer pink, turning occasionally.
- Place cooked chicken on top of the spinach in each dish.
- Prepare the sauce by combining skim milk, cornstarch, chicken bouillon granules, caraway seed, and pepper; heat until thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and spinach in each dish.
- Tear processed Swiss cheese into pieces and sprinkle on top of the sauce.
- Cover with foil, seal, and freeze if not serving immediately.
