Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 1 large can mushroom bisque soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 jar dried beef
  • bacon

Instructions

  1. Roll out the chicken breasts until thin.
  2. Cut each chicken breast into 4 lengthwise strips.
  3. Wrap each strip starting with the small end with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Mix the sour cream and mushroom soup together to make the sauce.
  5. In a greased casserole, place at least one piece of dried beef for each chicken and bacon roll.
  6. Place each roll on top of the dried beef in the casserole.
  7. Pour the sour cream and mushroom soup mixture over the rolls.
  8. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
