Chicken Pacada
Chicken Pacada features tender breaded chicken breasts simmered in flavorful broth with bouillon, served over rice and topped with fresh lemon for a hearty, comforting meal.

Instructions
- Debone the chicken breasts.
- Pound each chicken breast to 1/4 inch thickness, starting from the big side.
- Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs with a little milk, then coat with Italian bread crumbs.
- Brown the breaded chicken in margarine over medium heat until thoroughly browned.
- Add water to the pot covering the chicken, then add chicken bouillon cubes.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice and sprinkle with fresh lemon.
