Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock-pot.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the white wine or chicken broth with the cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Add the drained sliced mushrooms to the crock-pot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
  7. Remove the chicken to a warm serving platter.
  8. Stir the sour cream and flour mixture into the sauce in the crock-pot.
  9. Allow the sauce to heat for about 30 minutes.
  10. Serve the sauce over the chicken with rice or noodles.
