Ingredients

  • Curry Glaze
  • 2 (about 3 lb. each) broiler-fryers, quartered
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • buttered hot rice

Instructions
