Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 cans Hormel chunk chicken, drained
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Separate crescent dinner rolls into 8 triangles and place 2 triangles, one on top of the other; press slightly. Repeat with remaining dough.
  3. Place the dough triangles on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 9 to 12 minutes.
  4. In a large saucepan, heat cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, and poultry seasoning until bubbly.
  5. Fold in drained chunk chicken.
  6. Spoon the hot mixture into a 12 x 18-inch baking dish.
  7. Place the baked dough triangles on top of the mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
