Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Boil and debone the chicken; place the meat into a casserole dish.
  2. Add rice, French onion soup, chicken broth, and butter to the casserole.
  3. Mix well to combine.
  4. Cover the casserole and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
