Ingredients

  • 1 pan baked cornbread
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 6 to 12 boiled eggs (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 6 cans chicken broth
  • 3 cups chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Combine the baked cornbread with chicken broth and mix well.
  2. Add chopped onions, chopped celery, boiled eggs (if using), sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and season to taste.
  4. Bake at 350°F until done, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
