  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then rub with lemon juice, oregano, garlic, and olive oil.
  2. Dot the seasoned chicken with butter.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown, approximately 1.5 hours, basting frequently.
