Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Coat chicken with paprika.
  3. Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken; lower heat.
  4. Add the amount of vegetables you need for your family. Cover and cook 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
  5. Remove chicken and vegetables.
  6. Mix flour and water until smooth; pour into drippings for gravy.
