- Boil the chicken breasts until tender; debone and divide into 8 pieces.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Unroll the crescent dinner rolls.
- Place a piece of chicken and sliced Velveeta cheese on each roll.
- Roll up the dough around the filling.
- Place the rolled chicken in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Bake in the oven until the rolls are browned, about 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, warm the can of cream of chicken soup and half a can of milk until heated through.
- Pour the warm soup mixture over the baked chicken rolls.
- Return to the oven and bake until the mixture bubbles, about 10 minutes.
