Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 crescent dinner rolls
  • Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken breasts until tender; debone and divide into 8 pieces.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Unroll the crescent dinner rolls.
  4. Place a piece of chicken and sliced Velveeta cheese on each roll.
  5. Roll up the dough around the filling.
  6. Place the rolled chicken in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
  7. Bake in the oven until the rolls are browned, about 20-25 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, warm the can of cream of chicken soup and half a can of milk until heated through.
  9. Pour the warm soup mixture over the baked chicken rolls.
  10. Return to the oven and bake until the mixture bubbles, about 10 minutes.
