Ingredients

  • 6 large chicken breasts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken breasts and eggs until cooked, then debone the chicken and peel the eggs.
  2. Chop the cooked chicken and eggs into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, eggs, pickle relish, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of Miracle Whip salad dressing, adjusting for creaminess according to taste.
  5. Stir in the prepared mustard if using, and mix until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
