Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. each salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. each, chopped garlic and ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • Pita bread for sandwich
  • Tahina sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and vinegar in a big bowl with the chicken breasts and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
