Chicken Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 medium cabbage, shredded (2 to 2 1/2 c.)
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 pkg. Ramen noodles
  • 1 pkg. slivered almonds
  • 2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, pepper,
  2. vinegar
  3. and
  4. sugar.
  5. Add to cabbage and toss lightly.
  6. Toast sesame seed (watch carefully) and set aside. Add chicken,
  7. carrot,
  8. sesame
  9. seed and almonds.
  10. Last add noodles (uncooked);
  11. crush in package.
  12. Toss lightly.
  13. Use packet in noodles to flavor rice later. Eat slaw while noodles are still crunchy.
