Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or 8 chicken tenders, skinned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 box chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni family size

Instructions

  1. Melt the stick of oleo in a pan.
  2. Roll the chicken pieces in the melted oleo and place them in a casserole dish.
  3. Mix the remaining oleo with the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and the unprepared Rice-A-Roni.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the casserole dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1.5 hours.
