Ingredients

  • 16 oz. frozen broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions
  • 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the frozen veggie blend, cream of chicken soup, half of the French fried onions, half of the shredded Swiss cheese, sour cream, and pepper.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart covered casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, top with the remaining French fried onions and Swiss cheese, and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
