Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
  • 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 8 chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned

Instructions

  1. Combine the whole cranberry sauce, Russian dressing, and dry onion soup mix in a bowl.
  2. Arrange the halved, boned, and skinned chicken breasts in a 3-quart casserole dish.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Cover the casserole and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour.
  5. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown the top.
