- Combine the grated Cheddar cheese, cooked chopped chicken, chopped broccoli, picante sauce, and chopped green onions in a bowl.
- Butter one side of each tortilla.
- Place the mixture on the buttered side of a tortilla.
- Roll up the tortilla and place, seam side down, on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 475°F for 14 to 16 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with sour cream and hot sauce.
