Instructions
- Cut up the fryer chicken into pieces.
- Heavily flour the chicken pieces.
- Place the floured chicken in a casserole or Dutch oven.
- Cut the oleo or butter into pieces and place over the chicken.
- Add water to cover the chicken.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 to 1½ hours.
