Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 c. fresh snap green beans
  • 2 c. fresh yellow wax beans
  • 2 cans red kidney beans
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except beans until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the dressing over the beans and mix well.
  3. Let set overnight in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
