- Blend at low speed the lemon Jell-O, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 3/4 cup boiling water until dissolved.
- Add 1 cup ice and stir by hand until partially dissolved.
- Add 4 ounces cream cheese and blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour the lemon mixture into the prepared graham cracker pie crust.
- Repeat the blending process with the remaining ingredients and pour into the pie crust to fill it.
- Swirl the remaining mixture into the lemon layer until the pie crust is full.
- Pour the remaining mixture into a bowl.
- Chill the pie until set, then spread with Cool Whip before serving.
