Ingredients

  • 1 (13 oz.) can diced Chik
  • 2 stalks whole broccoli
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cans cream of broccoli soup or broccoli cheese soup
  • 1/2 can milk (soup can)
  • 5 ounces shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli and drain.
  2. Heat cream of broccoli or cheese soup and add shredded cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; stir until cheese melts.
  3. Add diced Chik and cooked broccoli to the sauce.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Top with stuffing mixed according to package instructions.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
