Chikuwa Toast

- Cut the chikuwa vertically in four pieces, then cut into antoher fourths to make them into easy-to-eat pieces.
- (For small chikuwa, cut horizontally into three pieces, and use a total of 1.5 sticks )
- Spread mayonnaise on the bread, then scatter the chikuwa.
- Top with soy sauce on the surface.
- Because of the chikuwa, toast it for a bit longer than normall.
- Once toasted, spread the sesame oil on top, scatter the sesame seeds on the surface and enjoy!
- This is the chikuwa bread that they sell at my local convenience store.
- The chikuwa is stuffed with tuna and mayonnaise.
- The tuna is a wonderful addition.
- If you want a more filling snack (or if you have leftover tuna), try putting tuna, soy sauce, and mayonnaise under the chikuwa!
