Chile Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans (15 oz.) or 1 can refried beans
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid drained from can
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. grated onion

Instructions

  1. Drain beans; save liquid.
  2. Place drained beans liquid, vinegar and seasonings in a blender; blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in onion and parsley.
  4. Chill and serve.
  5. Season to taste with more chili powder and cumin if you like.
  6. Also good with salsa added.
