Instructions
- Drain beans; save liquid.
- Place drained beans liquid, vinegar and seasonings in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Stir in onion and parsley.
- Chill and serve.
- Season to taste with more chili powder and cumin if you like.
- Also good with salsa added.
