Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans chili with beans
  • 30 Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons instant minced onion

Instructions

  1. Spoon one-third of the chili into the bottom of a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange half of the Ritz crackers over the chili layer.
  3. Sprinkle with half of the shredded Cheddar cheese and minced onion.
  4. Repeat the layering: chili, crackers, cheese, and onion.
  5. Top with the remaining one-third of the chili.
  6. Bake in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes.
