  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 small can green chili peppers
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Grate the Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  2. Butter a casserole dish and place the grated cheeses inside.
  3. Spread the green chili peppers over the cheese layer.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the cheese and chilies.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 50 minutes until set and golden.
