Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown 1 pound of ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add chili beans to the beef and simmer the mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend together Velveeta cheese, taco seasoning, evaporated milk, and Ro-Tel tomatoes until smooth.
  4. Add the blended cheese mixture to the meat and beans, stirring to combine.
  5. Heat everything together until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve over chips.
