Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground lean beef
  • 2 slices bread
  • Milk (for soaking bread)
  • 2 eggs
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • onion powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix ground lean beef, soaked bread, and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
  3. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until cooked through.
