Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. cut chicken parts
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. Chili-O seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a skillet.
  2. Arrange chicken parts in a single layer in the skillet.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour in the can of Ro-Tel tomatoes, chili-O seasoning mix, and water.
  5. Continue to cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is done.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
