Chicken-Chipped Beef Bake

A hearty baked chicken dish wrapped in bacon with a savory dried beef and creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for family dinners and comfort food lovers.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1/2 jar dried beef
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Roll each chicken breast and wrap with one strip of bacon, then secure with a toothpick.
  2. Place dried beef flat in the bottom of a 9 x 11 x 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Arrange the wrapped chicken breasts on top of the dried beef.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 325°F (160°C).
  5. Remove from oven and spread sour cream mixed with cream of mushroom soup over the chicken.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
