Ingredients

  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mild chilies, chopped
  • 3 cups shredded Jack cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. In a lightly greased 9-inch square pan, make layers of chilies and cheeses, starting and ending with cheeses.
  2. Beat eggs, milk, and flour together until smooth.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 1 hour or until the dish is firm.
  5. Cut into small squares and serve warm.
