Ingredients

  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 8 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • tomatoes
  • onions (scallions)
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together the sour cream and taco mix; set aside.
  2. Mound up the refried beans on a serving platter or dish.
  3. Pour the sour cream and taco mix mixture over the mound of refried beans.
  4. Dice the tomatoes and onions; sprinkle on top of the bean mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
