Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. corn chips
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 8 oz. can diced green chilies
  • 1 c. ripe olives
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Spanish rice seasoning
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Add rest of ingredients.
  3. Last, layer with chips, meat mix, sour cream and cheese.
  4. Heat thoroughly.
