Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 lb. liver, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce or ketchup

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Remove from pan, drain and crumble.
  3. Dust liver with flour.
  4. Brown liver in bacon drippings.
  5. Add crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.
  7. Uncover and cook for a few additional minutes to thicken the sauce.
