Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Hamburg
  • 1 can Peas
  • 1 can whole Tomatoes
  • 1/2 lb. Noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef.
  2. Slice onion very thinly and layer over the cooked beef.
  3. Simmer covered for 5 minutes.
  4. Place peas on top of the beef and onions.
  5. Cook and drain noodles, then place them on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Add whole tomatoes over the noodles.
  7. Put butter pieces over the tomatoes.
  8. Simmer uncovered on very low heat for about 10 minutes until heated through.
