Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. uncooked pork in pieces
  • 2 c. onions chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 large head cabbage shredded
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
  • 3 green peppers sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan, add oil and pork, and fry until cooked through.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté.
  3. Add shredded cabbage and toss to combine.
  4. Add sugar, chopped fresh ginger, and sliced green peppers.
  5. Add salt if necessary and heat thoroughly.
  6. Serve immediately with rice, boiled noodles, or crisp noodles.
  7. Ensure vegetables remain crunchy; do not overcook.
  8. If liquid forms, thicken it with 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water.
