Ingredients

  • 3 oz chipped beef, finely chopped
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • horseradish to taste
  • 1 round rye loaf bread

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except bread, with an electric mixer.
  2. Hollow out the bread to form a bowl and cube the excess bread.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with cubed bread as dippers.
