Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 12 canned biscuits
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mold the canned biscuits in a greased muffin tin, placing one biscuit in each cup.
  4. Mix barbecue sauce with the cooked ground beef.
  5. Spoon the barbecue beef mixture into the biscuits in the muffin tin.
  6. Bake according to biscuit package directions until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
