Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 medium banana

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, with a handful of ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth.
