Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) package Jell-O chocolate sugar-free instant pudding mix
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1/2 cup lite Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Pour milk into a medium bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix; beat with a wire whisk or mixer for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Spoon pudding evenly into 4 dessert dishes.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Halve and split bananas just before serving.
  6. Place 2 pieces of banana in each dish.
  7. Top each serving with 2 tablespoons of whipped topping.
  8. Sprinkle with nuts.
