Ingredients

  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (6 oz.) package chocolate chips
  • 1/4 stick paraffin

Instructions

  1. Mix confectioners sugar, Eagle Brand milk, melted margarine, chopped pecans, coconut, and vanilla together in a bowl.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  4. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and paraffin together until smooth.
  5. Insert a toothpick into each chocolate ball and dip it into the melted chocolate mixture.
  6. Twist the toothpick to remove the candy from the chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  7. Repeat for all candies. Serve once the chocolate coating is set.
