Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo or butter
  • 1/2 cup Crisco
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cream together oleo or butter and Crisco.
  2. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  5. Bake in a tube pan at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
