Chocolate Caramel Drops combine creamy caramel, crunchy pecans, and smooth melted chocolate for a rich, indulgent treat perfect for sharing or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 24 caramels (about 7 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 4 sq. baking semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. Microwave caramels and heavy whipping cream in a large bowl on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until caramels are completely melted. Cool.
  2. Place pecan halves on lightly greased cookie sheets in clumps of three.
  3. Spoon caramel mixture over nuts, leaving ends of the pecans showing.
  4. Spread melted chocolate over the caramel and nut clusters.
  5. Let stand until the chocolate is set.
