Ingredients

  • sugar
  • topping
  • cream cheese
  • chocolate
  • pastry shell
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Microwave chocolate and 2 tablespoons of milk in a large microwavable bowl on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring halfway through heating time.
  2. Remove from the microwave.
  3. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Beat in cream cheese, sugar, and remaining milk with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  5. Refrigerate about 10 minutes to cool.
  6. Gently stir in whipped topping until smooth.
  7. Spoon the mixture onto the pastry shell.
  8. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
  10. Let stand at room temperature or until pie can be easily cut.
  11. Store leftover pie in the freezer.
