Ingredients

  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar-free instant pudding and pie filling
  • 5 sugar-free chocolate wafer cookies

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of skim milk into a blender.
  2. Add the cream cheese to the blender.
  3. Process until the cream cheese is blended in.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add the remaining milk to the blender.
  6. Add the sugar-free pudding mix, cover, and blend until smooth.
  7. Spoon half of the pudding into 6 individual dishes.
  8. Crumble the sugar-free chocolate wafers over the pudding in each dish.
  9. Refrigerate until set.
  10. Serve chilled.
