Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 8 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until frothy.
  2. Add salt, baking powder, and sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies and chopped nuts.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie plate.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
