Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add salt and beat again.
  3. Gradually add sugar and beat until very stiff.
  4. Fold in corn flakes, mint chocolate chips, and vanilla.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
