Ingredients

  • 3 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • chocolate
  • paraffin

Instructions

  1. Divide the prepared mixture into bowls and add desired flavorings such as vanilla, rum, mint, orange, cherry, or lemon.
  2. Use food coloring to adjust the color and flavor as preferred.
  3. Mix in chopped pecans or walnuts if desired.
  4. Chill the mixture until firm enough to handle.
  5. Form into small balls and chill again if necessary.
  6. Melt chocolate and add 2 tablespoons of paraffin to achieve a glazed, professional appearance.
  7. Roll each chilled ball in the melted chocolate with paraffin coating to cover evenly.
