Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 sq. baking chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and powdered sugar; blend well.
  2. Add vanilla, melted chocolate, and salt; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar, two tablespoons at a time, blending well.
  5. Continue beating until mixture stands in peaks.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate mixture to blend.
  7. Use immediately as a spread or frosting.
