Ingredients

  • 1 cube oleo
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip or similar topping
  • 2 small boxes instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix the oleo, flour, sugar, and chopped pecans.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes and let cool.
  4. Prepare the cream cheese and powdered sugar filling and spread over the cooled crust.
  5. Fold the instant pudding into the Cool Whip and layer over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Chill before serving.
